Known Issues: November 2017
Here are a few issues that we have heard a lot about and what we are doing to address the issue:
We are aware that the first time students log into the mobile app, they may encounter an issue where their password does not work.
What we are doing about it:
Currently instead of addressing this issue directly (there are a myriad of reasons why a student may not be able to log in their first time) we are investing engineering resources in to creating Single Sign On (SSO) functionality with Google. We anticipate having this released in early 2019.
