🐛 Bug Fixes

Student AI Permissions - Fixed an issue where students created and activated by Regional Admins were not automatically assigned permissions for AI-related features. Permissions have been assigned to students who faced this issue last week.
Twilio SMS - Fixed an issue where Twilio messages were attempted for some of the unsubscribed users.
Denied Requests -- Fixed an issue where students who had a request denied were seeing that it was still pending.

Clever Integration
- Made advisor non-mandatory in student sync.
- Updated grade display order.
