Feb 20:

Internship Quality Rating - New field 'Quality Rating' introduced in Internships. For reference, this is calculated based on the following logic:

• number of characters in opp description field — 1 point if more than 50 characters, 0 points if less than 50.

• experience history — 1 point if 1 student or more had a completed experience there, 0 points if no completed experiences (expired does not constitute a completed experience)

• Picture — 1 point if a picture, 0 points if no picture

• distance from school address — 1 point if same zip code, 0 points if different zip code

• status - negative 5 points if not available, negative 10 points if archived, negative 3 points if being pursued or in progress

HotFix - Attendance tab stuck in loading state as you scroll down to the end of the list.

Fix for count of records not matching in the Educator Home page section ( My Students - with Advisor filter selected ) section with that of the redirected filtered list in the students tab

Feb 19:

Hotfix for exception being thrown in some cases when students request for an internship that is in Being Pursued status

Feb 14:

Managed Package Patch Release - ImBlaze  v1. 7.1 was released to handle issues in Attendance export:

Fix for empty column resulting in mismatched column headers in export file

Fix for export not containing records of all students in the school.

Student Announcement Feature -  The home page message ( message in red banner in student home page) is now replaced with the Student Announcement feature. Coordinators can configure the message in Admin settings and this will show up for students in both portal and student mobile apps as modals.  ImBlazeStudent app update for both iOS/Android for this feature was released today.  

Feb 12:

Opportunity Tab - Fix for search by postal code not working. 

Attendance Tab -  Export option in attendance tab used to export only records of the IC's students even though the tab showed time records of all students in the school by default. Export has been modified to include records of all students.

Feb 7:

Introduced default sorting for time log records in the attendance and schedule page

Enabled translation for the main navigation bar. The 'Students' tab in B-Unbound has now been replaced with Navigator.

When new users set the password from the Welcome email link, they would sometimes get the message that they have to use a not previously used password, even when it was the first time they are setting the password. This issue has been fixed.

Attendance tab - Student and opportunity name are now clickable and takes the user to the corresponding details page

Account Main Flow Updates -  Included check for global internship enablement on the school before executing a series of actions.

Coordinator 30 Day Check in - Sends a check-in email to Coordinator 30 days after their account is activated

Active Internship Count - On the Contact (Student) object, this flow counts and displays the current number of in-progress internships for each active student

Attendance Rate for Fall and Spring Semesters - On the Internship Request object, this flow calculates and displays the attendance rate for internships by semester

Attendance Rate - 2 weeks -  On the Internship Request object, this flow calculates and displays the attendance rate for internships for the past 2 week

Mentor Portal - Character counter introduced for mentor comments both for internships and project verification.
