Release Update: May 2025

May 28th

• Attendance reminder SMS to students - Twilio integration deployed for sending attendance reminders SMS messages to students. 

Note: We still have some custom checks to send  SMS to only a few select numbers within the dev team as we are testing this in Production. Once the testing is completed, this restriction will be removed. 

• Portal whitelabeling enabled for ProX in Production. Users from ProX has the language assigned as English(Iceland).

May 23rd

• Educators -> Add/ Edit Time Entry - Introduced ability for educators to add a comment while adding or editing time entries.

• Attendance Export - Educators now have the option to include missing attendance records in the Export Attendance feature.

• Fixed issues in Archive users ( individual and bulk) functionality

May 12th

• Mentor verification emails - improved to look less like spam, provide mentors with better context about the email's purpose, and offer clearer instructions for next steps.

May 5th

• Students Tab - Fix for archived users being shown in the Advisor & Coordinator filters.

May 1st

• User License Tab - Fix for permission set not getting assigned to the new created user when the Active toggle is on while adding the user.
