Release Updates: Aug. 2025

August 19th:  ImBlaze - Hotfix!

• Fix for students being able to pursue a Filled internship has been deployed to Production. 

  
  

  This issue was  caused by a missing condition, which resulted in only  the student currently pursuing or filling the internship not seeing the Request to Pursue option, while it remained visible to other students. 

August 15th:  ImBlaze & BUnbound 2.0 Update Released

Features and Fixes included in this update:

1. SMS Reminder Alert - Students will be reminded about the SMS alert setting on their first time entry on an experience. 

2. Profile Settings - Included option to see the school journey path. 

3. Fix for external search not showing internship details when certain companies were selected. 

4. Updates to show Connection Interrupted message when there are network issues. 

5. Fix to support multi word search in notes tab

6. Text Updates 

• Login page - Username/Email

• List of external companies - New org instead of New spot. 

• Record Call or Email - Log Call or Email ( when students try to record an outreach)

• List of badge levels in the badge modal will just show the hours instead of 'request x - y hrs'

7. Fix for recording an absence from the experience details page starting the check-out counter. 

8. Fixed the sort of attendance records in the experience details page. 

9. Fix for students being able to request an internship from the wishlist page even when they did not have the request permission. 

August 11th: ImBlaze Portal Fixes

• Absent tag and comments will be shown in Advisor > Home tab > Attendance Alerts subtab. 

• Fix for student being shown the Request pending tag when the coordinator denies the request to pursue.

August 8th: ImBlaze Portal

• Added ability for Educators to see and edit potential projects from opp. details page.

August 7th: B-Unbound 2.0 apps  Released!

• B-Unbound 2.0 apps are released. 

• Apps are available for download in both AppStore and PlayStore. Search for BU Nav 2.0 in the stores to download the app.

• If users are logged into BU Nav 1.0 apps, they will be prompted to download the 2.0 app.

August 4th: ImBlaze 2.0 is LIVE!

• ImBlaze 2.0 is now live. Apps are available for download in both AppStore and PlayStore. 

• You can search for ImBlaze 2.0 in the stores to download the app.

• Student portal is also live with the 2.0 changes.
