Podcast Spotlight: Mentor & Me

Mentor & Me is a new podcast series from Big Picture that highlights the healthy relationships between young people and the supportive adults in their lives. Understanding mentorship plays a critical role in a young person’s learning journey, Mentor & Me aims to illuminate the ways in which young people and caring adults develop relationships – rooted in love, care and vulnerability. 

Each episode features an authentic mentor/mentee pair from across the Big Picture Learning network. Conversations explore relevant topics such as:

• Active listening & Trust building

• Identifying and working through challenges

• Shared opportunities for Growth & Learning

• Support & Accountability

Our hope is that by listening to these conversations, aspiring mentors will pick up helpful suggestions that they can incorporate into their mentorship practice.
