Big Picture Learning is looking for a mission-driven Digital Growth Manager to help grow the reach and impact of ImBlaze — our internship management platform that empowers schools and districts to create equitable, real-world learning opportunities for students.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced EdTech sales leader with Salesforce expertise to drive growth, nurture partnerships, and help us expand our work-based learning ecosystem. As part of our fully remote team, you’ll play a critical role in generating new opportunities, strengthening relationships, and ensuring ImBlaze continues to thrive in alignment with Big Picture Learning’s mission.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a professional with:
4–6 years of EdTech sales, business development, or partnerships experience
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
Strong Salesforce CRM skills to drive data-informed growth strategies
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build empathetic, mission-aligned partnerships
Most importantly, you share our belief that education should center young people — giving them the confidence to pursue their passions and design lives of their own making.
