Today, ImBlaze supports more than 200 active implementations, reaches 74,000+ users, and has powered over 750,000 student internship days across the country.


That momentum didn’t happen by accident. It happened because educators, students, and partners saw what’s possible when learning connects to the real world and chose to build something better together.


Now, we’re looking for the right person to help scale that impact even further.


Introducing the ImBlaze Growth Manager

We’re hiring an ImBlaze Growth Manager, a high-impact, cross-functional role for someone who is equal parts strategist, relationship-builder, and systems thinker.


As the Growth Manager, you’ll lead the charge to scale a product that directly advances student agency and workforce readiness, working at the intersection of sales, partnerships, and mission. You’ll co-create and execute ImBlaze’s multi-year growth plan, owning pipeline expansion across K–12 districts, out-of-school partners, and ISVs, while strengthening CRM-driven processes and building repeatable, mission-aligned sales systems.


In short: you’ll help turn interest into long-term partnerships that expand opportunity for students.

ImBlaze isn’t just another EdTech tool. Built on Salesforce, the platform helps schools and programs create, manage, and scale interest-driven real-world learning through mentor matching, placement and attendance tracking, student engagement tools, and outcome reporting.


With a large and growing addressable market and deep adoption already in place, ImBlaze is poised for rapid, mission-driven growth. This role exists because we’re ready to move intentionally from momentum to scale and we want someone who can do that work with empathy, clarity, and purpose.


What the ImBlaze Growth Manager Will Be Working On

The ImBlaze Growth Manager will:


  • Co-develop and execute a multi-year revenue generation strategy alongside ImBlaze leadership

  • Advance earned revenue goals by developing, curating, and closing opportunities across multiple sales channels

  • Collaborate with marketing and partnerships to generate and manage high-quality leads

  • Own opportunity management in Salesforce, from initial engagement through closed-won

  • Represent ImBlaze at conferences and events, strengthening relationships and expanding visibility


This role is ideal for someone who understands long-cycle sales, values data integrity, and believes that how growth happens matters just as much as how much growth happens.


Role Details at a Glance

  • Location: Remote (U.S.-based)

  • Compensation: Base salary starting at $101,750, with potential incentive compensation

  • Benefits: Fully paid medical, vision, and dental; pension with 5% employer contribution; generous paid time off; parental leave; and more

  • Start Date: ASAP
